Jerusalem artist Zeesi worked as a textile designer in New York before making aliyah in 1992. Her present design collection reflects this with lush floral and decorative patterns. The exquisite collection of illuminated sacred jewish blessings draws inspiration from the colors and textures of the land of Israel. This love of color and pattern blossomed in her new line of beaded jewish jewelry. The necklaces are an intricate weave of fine crystal, semi-precious stones and pearls, along with sterling silver.
Zeesi received extensive classical fine art training from the Silvermine College of Art, in New Canaan Connecticut, the Art Student’s League in NYC and received her degree in textile design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She designed woven as well as printed textiles for New York fashion and home furnishing market. Afterwards, Zeesi spent a number of years designing textile covered gift accessories with coordinated cards and gift wrap for a firm represented in museum gift shops.
Zeesi and her husband, creative photographer Yiftach Paltrowitz, offer a variety of things under one roof, from ketubot and invitation collections to photo montage albums to custom jewelry that match your gown, to gifts for all those special people that are part of your life.
